Job Description

Grants management analyst supporting complex federal grants programs at a financial technology consultancy. Coordinating workstreams, stakeholders, systems, reporting, and program deliverables.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and support complex federal grants management activities
  • Coordinate multiple workgroups and cross-functional workstreams, tracking activities, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables
  • Support program planning, implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with federal program staff, internal teams, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders
  • Use grants management systems and related tools to track applications, awards, reporting, data, and program activities
  • Apply federal grants process and requirements knowledge to identify issues, develop solutions, and support program objectives
  • Develop and maintain work plans, schedules, status reports, meeting materials, documentation, and other program deliverables
  • Facilitate meetings and workgroups, document decisions and action items, and follow through on commitments
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and potential roadblocks and communicate them to project leadership
  • Manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and deliverables in a fast-paced consulting environment
  • Contribute to a collaborative consulting environment and support additional project activities as needed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience supporting federal grants management or grant programs, including experience with grants management systems
  • 2+ years of experience coordinating projects, workgroups, or program workstreams involving multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to manage competing priorities, deadlines, and deliverables
  • 2+ years of experience in a consulting, federal agency, government program, or similar environment
  • Strong organizational, analytical, communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
  • Currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
  • Ability to obtain a Public Trust Security Clearance
