Job Description
Senior Business Analyst translating enterprise application needs into requirements, process maps, and measurable solutions. Supporting backlog refinement, data analysis, UAT, and functional testing.
Responsibilities:
- Lead stakeholder interviews, discovery sessions, and workshops to uncover business objectives, processes, pain points, and constraints
- Elicit, document, and validate epics, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria using Jira or Azure Boards and Confluence
- Create process maps and data-flow diagrams using BPMN, swimlanes, and flowcharts with Visio or Lucidchart
- Perform gap and impact analysis
- Partner with product owners and engineering to refine the backlog
- Analyze data with Excel and SQL to support evidence-based decisions
- Coordinate user acceptance testing and execute targeted manual testing when needed
- Validate that delivered solutions meet approved requirements
- Work closely with the Senior Director of Technology, stakeholders, product teams, and engineering to define solutions and measurable outcomes
Requirements:
- 5–7 years as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar role supporting enterprise applications
- Strong experience in requirements elicitation, stakeholder facilitation, process mapping, and requirements traceability
- Hands-on experience with Jira or Azure Boards, Confluence, and process modeling tools (Visio, Lucidchart)
- Strong working knowledge of Excel and SQL for data analysis and validation
- Ability to convert ambiguous business needs into clear requirements and build alignment across business and technical stakeholders
- Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills, with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset
- Working hours from 11:00 am–7:00 pm local time to overlap with US hours
- Must answer whether located in Poland
