Job Description

Senior Business Analyst supporting GDIT’s Indian Health Service electronic health records modernization program. Managing SharePoint, knowledge management, process documentation, and Lessons Learned operations remotely.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the PMO for contract management execution for the Indian Health Service Electronic Health Records Modernization program
  • Support knowledge management and SharePoint operations across the program
  • Monitor, triage, and track knowledge management tickets and coordinate resolutions
  • Administer SharePoint front-end functions, including creating lists and libraries, designing modern pages, and managing permissions and groups
  • Support development of procedures, processes, templates, and structured knowledge management artifacts
  • Manage and coordinate the Lessons Learned process
  • Support GovSlack user administration, including account creation/removal and access troubleshooting
  • Partner with knowledge management and functional teams on ticket resolution and content governance
  • Coordinate SharePoint content reviews with content owners and subject matter experts
  • Collect, document, and refine Lessons Learned inputs
  • Identify duplicate or abandoned SharePoint content and recommend cleanup actions
  • Identify process gaps and recommend efficiency, consistency, and performance improvements
  • Promote structured knowledge management practices and consistent use of templates and process documentation
  • Contribute to SharePoint governance maturity, compliance, content-sprawl reduction, and user experience
  • Drive engagement with the Lessons Learned process
  • Use SharePoint Online, knowledge management tools, workflows, repositories, trackers, and structured documentation systems
  • Prepare and deliver briefings and updates for program audiences, including leadership

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Oracle Cerner certification may substitute for 3 years of required experience
  • Experience with SharePoint, including document libraries, metadata tagging, lists, and permissions
  • Proven ability to document processes
  • Experience supporting technical, clinical, or PMO teams
  • Experience supporting change management, reporting, workflow tracking, issue resolution pathways/escalation, and milestone progress tracking during development and implementation phases
  • Experience coordinating communication across functional teams
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the year, if needed
  • Must be able to obtain a Public Trust Level 5 clearance
  • Experience with GovSlack, Slack, or other team collaboration platforms
  • Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems
  • Familiarity with knowledge management concepts and structured documentation practices
  • Experience supporting federal contract program managers
  • Task management experience and/or skills
  • Proactive process improvement mindset, especially in knowledge management workflows
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills; ability to manage frequently changing priorities
  • Ability to prepare and deliver presentations and briefings to diverse program audiences, including leadership and customers
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and within tight deadlines
  • Ability to follow detailed written policies, processes, procedures, and work instructions
  • Ability to produce high-quality documentation
