Job Description

Remote Management Analyst supporting the Navy’s aviation logistics IT programs. Building financial reports, dashboards, data models, and executive analysis with advanced Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Government client Program Manager for PMW-200 Aviation Logistics Information Technology
  • Support the Business Office and executive leadership with managerial and financial analysis and presentations
  • Create and maintain financial reports using Microsoft Excel
  • Review, prepare, and coordinate charts, reports, memorandums, emails, and other documents for signature or collaboration
  • Assist with special projects and provide administrative and logistical support for workshops, conferences, and symposiums
  • Establish and maintain filing systems in accordance with the Naval Correspondence Manual, including document control
  • Perform SharePoint Online tasks, including creating document libraries, uploading files, adding groups and people, and setting permissions
  • Develop and maintain task-tracking systems
  • Utilize and maintain databases and information systems
  • Review and reconcile data
  • Generate reports from informational databases using standard parameters or special queries
  • Enter startup or closeout information for projects
  • Review technical analysis and research for development and maintenance of Total Cost of Ownership models
  • Perform additional duties as directed by the leader

Requirements:

  • United States Citizenship
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Ability to obtain Secret Clearance
  • Expert in Microsoft Office Products, specifically Excel
  • Mastery of complex Excel functions including INDEX/MATCH, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, IFS, LET, and array formulas
  • Understanding of dynamic arrays and structured references
  • Ability to build multi-step calculations, conditional logic, and error handling
  • Experience creating and managing PivotTables and PivotCharts
  • Experience using Power Query for data cleaning, transformation, and integration
  • Experience using Power Pivot for relational data modeling and DAX functions
  • Ability to build interactive dashboards with slicers, timelines, and dynamic filters
  • Ability to use charts, sparklines, and conditional formatting
  • Ability to identify process inefficiencies and design Excel solutions
  • Ability to optimize formulas and layouts for speed and accuracy
  • Ability to share and protect workbooks effectively
  • Ability to explain complex Excel models and dashboards to non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to document processes and formulas
  • Ability to adapt focus, adjust schedule, and solve problems to meet evolving work demands
  • Ability to work independently, balance multiple competing priorities, and collaborate as a team player
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
  • Ability to pass an extensive background investigation, including financial history review, nationwide criminal record search, and credit check
  • Flexibility related to work hours as project demands arise
  • Ability to remain in a stationary computer position for extended periods
  • Ability to type and use a computer
  • Preferred: Experience working with the Department of Defense
  • Preferred: Using Artificial Intelligence for data analysis and presentation
  • Preferred: Project Management experience
  • Preferred: Master’s Degree in business
  • Preferred: Secret clearance
