Job Description
IT Business Analyst supporting Dynamics 365 ERP, integrations, security, and projects. Mission Produce supplies fresh avocados, mangos, and blueberries worldwide.
Responsibilities:
- Gather business requirements to help the Development Team design and implement solutions
- Monitor and provide technical direction to internal resources as needed
- Participate in technical discussions regarding D365 and application integrations
- Capture functional requirements for custom development
- Collaborate with IT functional teams and business units
- Assist with technical application upgrades and new services
- Provide day-to-day D365 business support and service desk ticket support
- Help design, implement, and support D365 application user security
- Support audit and user security reporting requirements
- Monitor planned service outages and feature releases with Microsoft
- Coordinate testing, training, and support with IT and business stakeholders
- Support application integrations with other systems and processes
- Work with IT Project Managers on large projects
- Autonomously manage and run small IT projects
- Develop solution presentations with cross-functional team input
- Assist with application QA and facilitate end-user testing
- Perform other duties as required
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and training
- 2+ years supporting and delivering ERP technical solutions
- Experience with Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O
- Basic knowledge in generating process documentation
- Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking
- Excellent communication, verbal, and written skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to work Eastern Time hours, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM ET
- Ability to work on-call and outside regular business hours according to business needs
- Ability to travel if needed to other remote sites, including internationally
- Experience with large-scale ERP implementations, software development life cycle, and IT operations preferred
- Experience working closely with software development teams preferred
- Experience within manufacturing, supply chain, and logistics industries preferred
- Experience with EDI preferred
- Bilingual in Spanish a plus
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship
