Job Description
Business Analyst Sr at PNC supporting the CapitalStream commercial loan underwriting platform. Managing enhancement requests and collaborating with business SMEs for Agile user stories.
Responsibilities:
- support the CapitalStream commercial loan underwriting platform by managing defect and enhancement requests submitted by various lines of business
- review, prioritize, and take ownership of requests
- collaborate closely with business SMEs to gather and refine business requirements
- translate business requirements into well-structured Agile user stories
- present stories to the development team
Requirements:
- 2+ years of relevant professional experience
- skills in Business Needs, Business Processes, Data Analytics, Decision Making, Effective Written Communication, Management Reporting, Prioritization, Verbal Communications, Waterfall Model, Written Communication
- Bachelors degree or comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service)
