Job Description
Senior Business Systems Analyst supporting SyteLine ERP, manufacturing systems, and integrations for an industrial safety solutions company. Configuring, reporting on, and improving enterprise operations.
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot SyteLine issues and perform root cause analysis
- Partner with manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and finance teams
- Configure and extend SyteLine IDOs
- Build reports using Dataviews and Mongoose reporting
- Maintain SyteLine planning (APS/MRP) setup and parameters
- Support Factory Track, barcode scanning, BarTender, and Doc-Trak
- Administer SyteLine security groups and form-level permissions
- Support site rollouts and upgrades from requirements through go-live
- Support EDI transactions and interfaces with other applications
- Write functional specifications, test plans, work instructions, and SOPs
- Train and support users in their functional processes
Requirements:
- 5+ years as a techno-functional ERP analyst, SyteLine preferred
- Deep SyteLine/ERP knowledge across discrete manufacturing and warehousing
- Understanding of SyteLine planning (APS/MRP) setup and toolset
- Ability to design, develop, test, and debug SyteLine modifications, T-SQL queries, and procedures
- Experience with SyteLine security group setup and management
- Full implementation lifecycle experience, from discovery through support
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical design
- Strong communication and presentation skills, live and virtual
- Degree or equivalent experience in manufacturing or distribution
- Knowledge of Infor SyteLine 9.x–10.x, Factory Track, and Doc-Trak
- Experience with EDI integrations and PO automation platforms
- Integration experience using middleware such as Boomi
- Experience working with cross-functional teams across multiple time zones
