Job Description

Senior Clinical Associate overseeing clinical trials for ICON, a global clinical research organisation. Coordinating sites, ensuring regulatory compliance, maintaining data integrity, and mitigating study risks.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and support the execution of clinical trials
  • Lead clinical coordination tasks requiring technical depth, with a focus on quality and continuous improvement
  • Manage and coordinate clinical trial activities to ensure adherence to protocols, regulatory requirements, and project timelines
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address clinical trial issues, optimize processes, and ensure effective execution of studies
  • Oversee site management and monitoring to ensure data integrity and compliance with study protocols
  • Provide guidance and support to clinical staff and investigators
  • Track and report on trial progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline or healthcare-related field
  • Significant experience in clinical trial management
  • Strong understanding of clinical trial processes and regulatory requirements
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects effectively
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to ensuring trial success
  • Legal right to work in the country where the role is based
