Job Description
Senior Clinical Associate overseeing clinical trials for ICON, a global clinical research organisation. Coordinating sites, ensuring regulatory compliance, maintaining data integrity, and mitigating study risks.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and support the execution of clinical trials
- Lead clinical coordination tasks requiring technical depth, with a focus on quality and continuous improvement
- Manage and coordinate clinical trial activities to ensure adherence to protocols, regulatory requirements, and project timelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address clinical trial issues, optimize processes, and ensure effective execution of studies
- Oversee site management and monitoring to ensure data integrity and compliance with study protocols
- Provide guidance and support to clinical staff and investigators
- Track and report on trial progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline or healthcare-related field
- Significant experience in clinical trial management
- Strong understanding of clinical trial processes and regulatory requirements
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects effectively
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to ensuring trial success
- Legal right to work in the country where the role is based
