Job Description

Senior Commercial Manager leading strategic sales growth for Avery Dennison in the sports sector. Partnering with teams to develop successful sales strategies and initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic leadership and oversee tactical execution to drive profitable sales growth.
  • Partner with leadership teams to develop sales strategies and initiatives.
  • Regularly analyze sales data to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Monitor competitor activity and grassroots participation rates.
  • Manage P&L responsibilities, including budgeting and forecasting.
  • Develop and execute a multi-year commercial roadmap for market share growth.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in strategic commercial leadership within the sports industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sports Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven ability to partner with functional leaders to develop sales strategies and quotas.
  • Strong skills in forecasting revenues and conducting in-depth analysis of sales data.
  • Demonstrated expertise in building relationships with C-level customer leaders.
  • Deep understanding of market trends in the teamsports segment.
  • Willingness to travel extensively throughout the EMEA region.
  • Full professional fluency in Spanish and English is required.
  • Proficiency in French, Italian, or Portuguese is a strong plus.
