Job Description
Consultant managing Marketing Automation and Lead Management for customer projects in various cities in Germany. Focusing on data-driven marketing and customer experience enhancement.
Responsibilities:
- You are responsible for building, further developing and operationally managing lead management in client projects.
- You develop lead strategies, scoring models and nurturing sequences that measurably contribute to pipeline and revenue.
- You define MQL/SQL criteria together with sales and establish SLAs for lead handover.
- You identify funnel weaknesses, independently initiate optimization measures and measure their impact on conversion rates and pipeline growth.
- You manage and optimize marketing automation and CRM processes, bringing tooling best practices.
- You develop data-driven segmentation and personalization approaches to continuously improve engagement across the customer journey.
- You evaluate and implement AI-supported approaches, e.g., for predictive scoring, automated segmentation or personalized nurturing content.
- You create meaningful reports and insights for a variety of stakeholders.
Requirements:
- University degree in marketing, business, data analysis or a comparable field.
- Several years of experience in lead management, marketing automation, CRM or performance marketing.
- Solid hands-on experience with at least one common marketing automation/CRM system (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo or similar).
- Strong analytical thinking and the ability to derive concrete actions from data.
- Experience collaborating at the marketing–sales interface.
- Structured, independent working style and a desire to not only manage processes but improve them.
- Curiosity about AI developments and a drive to continuously challenge workflows through automation and intelligent tools.
- Enjoy working with diverse clients and a collaborative consulting approach.
- Nice-to-have: Experience with or interest in applying AI tools in marketing (e.g., predictive analytics, AI-driven content personalization, conversational AI).
- Also nice-to-have: Knowledge of BI/reporting tools (Looker, Tableau or Power BI), experience with data enrichment tools (e.g., ZoomInfo, Cognism) and/or customer data platforms.
