Job Description
Consultor SAP SuccessFactors EC/ECP sustentando operações de folha dos Estados Unidos e Canadá. Suporte, configuração, testes e resolução de incidentes em ambiente global.
Responsibilities:
- Support users and oversee ticket resolution
- Analyze requirements and incidents reported by business teams
- Configure the solution and correct inconsistencies
- Perform unit and integration testing
- Partner with functional, technical, and business teams to ensure the stability of payroll processes
- Support the SAP SuccessFactors environment, with a focus on Employee Central (EC) and Employee Central Payroll (ECP)
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience with SAP SuccessFactors EC and ECP
- Knowledge of payroll processes for the United States and Canada
- Experience configuring, supporting, and implementing SAP SuccessFactors
- Ability to analyze business processes and propose solutions
- Experience with functional testing, validation, and correcting inconsistencies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder relationship-management skills
- Advanced English proficiency for daily work in a global environment
- Candidates with up to 10 years of experience will be prioritized
