Job Description

Senior contracts associate negotiating clinical trial agreements and site budgets for Precision for Medicine. Coordinating sponsors, sites and study teams while tracking contract execution in Taiwan.

Responsibilities:

  • Review, draft, negotiate and track confidentiality disclosure agreements, clinical trial agreements, amendments, vendor contracts, site budgets and other documents
  • Work closely with the Clinical Operations study team to align deliverables with project timelines and expectations
  • Lead interactions with North American and European internal study teams, sites and sponsors
  • Work with supervisors and internal/external stakeholders to resolve contractual issues
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures and contracting standards
  • Update study team members and sponsors on contract negotiation and execution status
  • Coordinate agreement execution
  • Maintain contract files and databases, including email and document archiving
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent contract management experience, preferably in a clinical research or similar industry setting
  • 3 years of relevant experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating agreements related to clinical research
  • Experience managing, controlling and tracking the contract process
  • Experience interacting with European institutions
  • Experience in contract research, life science, biotech or pharmaceutical industry preferred
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills and attention to detail
  • Experience tracking site contract and budget status, filing and distribution
  • Ability to execute time-sensitive matters accurately
  • Ability to work independently or with limited supervision
  • Proficiency in MS Office software and computer applications
  • Ability to work independently and cooperatively in a virtual environment
  • Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships
  • Ability to mentor and/or serve as an ambassador for new Contract and Budget Associates and PFM staff
