Job Description
Senior Copywriter crafting brand and product messaging for Phantom’s self-custodial crypto wallet. Developing campaigns and digital content for a 20M+ global user community.
Responsibilities:
- Lead creative development of impactful copy, concepts, and campaigns across product and brand marketing
- Create marketing copy for websites, email, social media, push notifications, in-app communications, blogs, newsletters, and press releases
- Generate content ideas and conceptualize creative campaigns aligned with business goals
- Maintain Phantom’s tone of voice and ensure brand consistency across communications
- Oversee messaging quality control and optimize copy processes for efficiency and productivity
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to develop narratives aligned with Phantom’s strategic vision
- Monitor industry trends, audience insights, and the competitive landscape
- Use data-driven insights to optimize copy performance and refine messaging
- Adapt copy to changing business needs and audience preferences
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a Copywriter or in a similar creative role
- Strong portfolio demonstrating excellence in writing for digital marketing and brand communications
- Exceptional writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail, tone, and voice
- Ability to adapt copy across different formats while maintaining consistency
- Excellent communication and storytelling abilities to convey product benefits effectively
- Understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing tactics
- Familiarity with data analytics tools and performance metrics to refine messaging
- Experience in the cryptocurrency, fintech, or tech industry is a plus, but not required
- Passion for creativity and innovation, with a solid understanding of how compelling storytelling drives engagement and action
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
