Job Description
Senior Digital Project Manager leading complex digital builds from discovery to launch at Thrillworks. Managing scope, timeline, and budget while ensuring operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Own the full lifecycle of complex digital projects
- Manage the delicate balance of scope, timeline, and budget
- Protect project profitability by identifying out-of-scope requests early
- Actively influence the PMO by identifying efficiencies in our tooling and workflows
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience delivering projects using structured, phase-based approaches within an agency or consultancy
- Proven ability to build and nurture trusted client relationships
- A deep enough understanding of digital technologies
- Expertise in breaking down complex requirements into executable workstreams
- Hands-on mastery of JIRA, Confluence, and Figma
- PMP certification (bonus)
- Experience integrating AI into delivery workflows or PMO initiatives (bonus)
