Job Description
Senior Director managing advanced quantum systems solutions for global clients. Acting as a key technical authority and advisor, enhancing customer success and revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Drive customer success and revenue growth by delivering advanced quantum systems solutions to global clients
- Serve as the principal technical authority across pre-sales, deployment, and post-sales engagement
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers and partners, providing deep technical insight and hands-on guidance
- Advocate for customers by clearly communicating their requirements to R&D and Product Management teams
- Support the sales team by providing deep technical expertise in areas like HPC, AI, SaaS, etc.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
- 15+ years of experience in technical sales, pre-sales solution engineering, systems delivery, or product engineering leadership
- Strong foundation in hardware/software architecture, research computing, and applied mathematics or data science
- Proficiency in High Performance Computing (HPC) and data-center environments
- Strong programming, systems architecture, or computer systems engineering skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
