Job Description

Senior Director leading Jamf’s global talent acquisition strategy and recruiting operations. Scaling hiring for the company’s Apple device management and security platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and evolve Jamf's Global Talent Acquisition vision, strategy, and roadmap, translating business goals into a scalable, AI-enabled global hiring model
  • Lead, coach, and develop a multi-layer global team of TA managers, recruiters, and coordinators
  • Build succession depth, ensure timely hiring outcomes, and develop the team into strategic Talent Advisors
  • Own capacity modeling across the global TA function for roles ranging from entry-level to C-suite
  • Partner with Finance on global workforce planning, headcount forecasting, and TA budget allocation
  • Determine resourcing trade-offs within approved budget and escalate material changes
  • Define and drive Jamf's global employer brand and talent marketing strategy with Marketing
  • Shape and mature hiring-manager practices through interview, structured evaluation, bias mitigation, and technical and AI talent guidance
  • Own ATS strategy and vendor relationships, including configuration and integration work
  • Evaluate and roll out AI-enabled recruiting tools responsibly
  • Manage staffing vendor and agency relationships, including contract negotiations and renewals
  • Own contingent workforce strategy with Procurement
  • Define TA reporting, analytics, metrics, and KPI strategy; partner with HRIS on business requirements
  • Use TA data to inform hiring strategy and business decisions
  • Partner with Compensation on benchmarking and market-competitive pay strategy
  • Advise business leaders on geographic expansion hiring practices, talent strategy, workforce risk, and organizational design
  • Lead TA through organizational and operating-model changes, including restructuring, systems adoption, and process redesign
  • Represent Talent Acquisition on the HR Leadership Team and with executive leadership
  • Provide thought leadership on talent market conditions and hiring risk

Requirements:

  • 12+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience on a global scale (required)
  • 7+ years in a Talent Acquisition leadership role, including leading multi-layered teams across multiple regions or a global organization (required)
  • Deep fluency in Boolean search, passive candidate engagement, GitHub, and Stack Overflow (required)
  • Experience negotiating and managing staffing vendor and agency contracts (required)
  • Technical, engineering, or AI talent recruiting experience, including knowledge of tech stacks, engineering leveling frameworks, and technical interview design (required)
  • Global workforce planning and headcount forecasting experience at a similarly sized SaaS company (required)
  • Working knowledge of employment law and regulatory requirements across multiple regions, or ability to partner effectively with Legal (required)
  • Fluency in regional talent market dynamics, local compensation norms, sourcing channels, and candidate expectations (required)
  • Real-time command of TA metrics including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, pipeline conversion, and offer-acceptance rate (required)
  • Willingness and ability to personally run full-cycle recruiting for confidential, executive, or urgent searches (required)
  • Hands-on ATS administration experience, such as Greenhouse or Workday, and experience evaluating AI-enabled recruiting tools (preferred)
  • Understanding of Enterprise Sales hiring dynamics, attrition patterns, and Quota Carrying Rep levels (preferred)
  • Experience partnering with Compensation teams on benchmarking and market-competitive pay strategy (preferred)
  • Employer branding and talent strategy ownership at a regional or global level (preferred)
  • 4-year / Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field (required)
  • A combination of relevant experience and education may be considered (required)
  • Ongoing security training participation is mandatory
  • Adherence to security protocols, responsible handling of sensitive data, data protection practices, privacy regulations, and breach reporting
