Job Description
Senior Director developing and executing North American software commercial strategy at Cytel. Leading initiatives to drive revenue growth and market share for software products.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to help achieve revenue targets and maximize profitability for Cytel's software solutions.**• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the pharmaceutical and biotech industries, including C-suite executives, decision-makers, and influencers.**• Identify new business opportunities and develop innovative strategies to expand Cytel's customer base and penetrate new markets.**• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to ensure alignment and execution of initiatives.**• Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform product development, pricing strategies, and go-to-market plans.**• Represent Cytel at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings to promote our brand, showcase our products, and build relationships with key stakeholders.**• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures, and uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct in all activities.**
Requirements:
- Advanced degree in biostatistics, science, or business.**• Minimum of 10 years of experience in drug development.**• Deep knowledge of the pharmaceutical and biotech industries, including an understanding of clinical trial processes, regulatory requirements, and market trends.**• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence senior-level executives and key decision-makers.**• Strategic thinker with results-oriented mindset & proactive approach to problem-solving**• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.**• Willingness to travel as needed (30% domestically).**
