Job Description
Senior Director of Sales Strategy at Cisco, defining growth trajectory in partnership with Americas General Manager. Leading strategy planning and key initiatives within the sales organization.
Responsibilities:
- act as a pivotal partner to the Americas General Manager
- lead, plan, and develop the Americas Sales Strategy & Transformation team
- develop and operationalize annual and long-range strategic sales plans
- identify and lead high-impact GTM initiatives
- act as the "in-house" authority for the Americas SP&O organization
- translate complex growth plans into compelling narratives for executives
- partner with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Operations
Requirements:
- 12+ years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or sales leadership
- at least 3 years of direct people management
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
- proven experience leading, coaching, and developing high-performing strategy or sales teams
- demonstrated success in managing multi-million dollar coverage models and territory governance
- extensive experience presenting complex strategic recommendations to C-level or VP-level executives
