Job Description
Senior Sales Director scaling new business and sales teams for Tebra’s all-in-one EHR+ platform for independent healthcare practices. Owning forecasts, strategy, hiring, and revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, develop, and scale sales leadership teams across multiple segments
- Position Tebra’s offerings effectively and win new customers
- Drive efficiency, effectiveness, and consistent results
- Refine sales strategy, systems, and processes with Sales leadership
- Own forecast accuracy, pipeline health, and sales efficiency metrics
- Partner cross-functionally to ensure a high-quality customer journey and strong retention
- Create, test, and execute campaigns with Marketing
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to Sales leadership
- Coach and mentor rising sales leaders and contribute to leadership hiring
- Build a high-performing, accountable, resilient, solutions-oriented culture
Requirements:
- 7-8 years of experience in Sales Management and Director positions
- Proven ability to consistently deliver sales objectives and results
- Proficiency in full-cycle selling in inbound and outbound motions
- Strong forecasting and reporting skills
- Demonstrated success recruiting and assessing talent and building winning teams
- Experience in the Healthcare IT industry and strong market knowledge
- Leadership influencing broader go-to-market strategy and collaboration with Product, Marketing, Customer Success and Operations
- Experience driving strategic Sales and Business initiatives
- Understanding of complex solution selling, sales methodologies, SaaS metrics (CAC, LTV, sales cycles)
- BA/BS required
- Exceptional communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills
