Job Description
Director of Strategic Partners at TomTom responsible for partnerships to drive business growth. Developing strategies, monitoring performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and nurture relationships with our strategic partners
- Develop and execute partnership strategies to drive business growth
- Develop solutions partnerships that lead to increased product integration by partners
- Define joint go-to-market initiatives that will lead to co-selling with the partner
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and success of partnership initiatives
- Identify new partnership opportunities and negotiate terms
- Monitor and report on the performance of partnerships
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities
Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing strategic partnerships in the technology sector
- Proven experience in executive SaaS sales or sales leadership positions (quota carrying)
- Strong understanding and experience with geospatial or mapping products.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure ecosystem
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or a related field; MBA is a plus
