Job Description

Senior Events Specialist executing high-volume, demand-generating events for Engine’s business travel platform. Managing logistics, Salesforce lead workflows, vendors, and event ROI.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the full event lifecycle from business case and approvals through logistics, on-site execution, teardown, post-event reporting, and follow-up
  • Coordinate booth setup, venue and vendor needs, A/V, Wi-Fi, lead scanners, shipping, print materials, signage, swag, food and beverage, rentals, and other execution details
  • Build and maintain project plans, task lists, timelines, and stakeholder updates in Asana
  • Work with Sales, Marketing Operations, Brand, Supply, Partnerships, and Growth to translate event objectives into execution plans
  • Support Salesforce campaign setup, attendee and lead-list uploads, routing, data hygiene, enrichment, and pre- and post-event workflows
  • Help ensure pre-event outreach and capture leads, opportunities, feedback, and follow-up after events
  • Support event reporting, feedback collection, and ROI evaluation
  • Travel to priority Tier 1 and Tier 2 events and provide hands-on setup, breakdown, attendee-flow, and booth-readiness support
  • Stay organized across a high-volume calendar that can include 5–7 events in a week

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in event marketing, event operations, field/event coordination, or a similar role with meaningful ownership of detailed logistics
  • Understanding that events are a demand-generation channel, with ability to connect execution to lead follow-up, pipeline, ROI, and business outcomes
  • Hands-on experience coordinating vendors and materials, booth setup, and teardown
  • Experience managing multiple events or complex projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment
  • Comfort working in Salesforce or another CRM, including event campaigns, lead/attendee lists, routing, data hygiene, and follow-up workflows
  • Strong Asana proficiency and ability to create clear, scalable project plans and workflows
  • Experience coordinating vendors, sourcing and scheduling deliverables, tracking budgets/expenses, and managing event materials, swag, print, and fulfillment
  • Excellent organization and attention to detail
  • Ability to anticipate needs, communicate clearly, and keep cross-functional partners aligned
  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift and event requests may come together quickly
  • Willingness to travel approximately 30% for priority events
  • Willingness to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed
  • B2B trade show, conference, sponsorship, or exhibitor experience is a plus
  • Experience supporting sales-driven, growth, or demand-generation events is a plus
  • Experience with gifting or fulfillment platforms such as Sendoso, Reachdesk, or similar is a plus
  • Swag and print-production coordination experience is a plus
  • Hospitality or travel industry experience is a plus
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus
