Job Description
Sr Evidence and Access Strategy Manager leading market access strategy for Intuitive's robotic-assisted technologies in France and Benelux. Collaborating with sales and medical affairs teams to influence HTA outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the Director of Evidence Strategy and Access, Europe, within the Medical Affairs team.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Global Access Value and Economics, Clinical Affair, Governmental affairs, Marketing and Finance teams to develop robust frameworks for the assessment and appraisal of endoluminal robotics‑assisted technologies.
- Define and lead the Market Access strategy in France and Benelux.
- Ensure a successful evaluation by the agencies responsible for HTA (Health Technology Assessment) across all countries in the cluster.
- Shape and influence HTA outcomes through robust evidence strategies, early engagement with stakeholders.
- Drive development of budget impact models to demonstrate therapy value and assess the budgetary impact in line with the Cluster’s needs.
- Lead high-stakes pricing negotiations with authorities (e.g., CEPS) ensuring alignment between value proposition, clinical evidence, and pricing ambition.
- Build and maintain high-level relationships with government authorities and payers, key opinion leaders and medical societies, patient associations and industry trade unions.
Requirements:
- A degree in health economics, public health, life sciences, or a related field (a postgraduate qualification is a plus).
- At least 5+ years of relevant experience in market access, health economics, or reimbursement, ideally in the MedTech sector, though pharma backgrounds will be considered.
- Strong understanding of the French healthcare, HAS processes (CNEDIMTS, CEESP) and reimbursement system (experience with Belgium and The Netherlands is a plus).
- Excellent data analysis skills, with experience in DRG coding, funding research, or policy monitoring.
- Fluent communication skills in both French and English, with the ability to present confidently and write clearly for professional audiences.
- Requires frequent travel (approximately 50-60%) across the Europe to engage with payers, hospital stakeholders, policymakers, and KOL
