Job Description
Senior Finance Transformation Manager modernizing Binance’s cryptocurrency finance operations through finance systems, AI, and automation. Leading process redesign and engineering partnerships for faster, more accurate reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Own core central financial processes with accuracy and speed
- Lead the finance systems roadmap, including evaluation, implementation, and optimization of ERP, planning, reporting, consolidation, and automation tools
- Identify opportunities for AI to replace manual work in month-end close, consolidation, accounting, and reconciliation, and lead solution implementation
- Partner with engineering and data teams to build and deploy finance tools
- Redesign end-to-end workflows from data capture to reporting, AP/AR to close, and planning to insight
- Establish governance, controls, and documentation for a reliable modern finance function
- Champion technology adoption and translate between technology and finance leadership
Requirements:
- 8+ years in finance, including senior/manager level, with a strong track record running core finance operations (close, reporting, forecasting, controls)
- Deep hands-on experience with finance systems, including ERPs, planning/reporting platforms, consolidation tools, or automation (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Workday, or modern fintech stacks)
- Experience leading or being central to AI, ML, or automation transformation projects that replaced manual finance work, with concrete results
- Understanding of process and controls excellence, including SOX-adjacent, intercompany, and close management disciplines
- Comfortable working with engineering and data teams and translating between finance and technology
- Strong communication skills and ability to influence C-suite and drive adoption of change
- Background in crypto, fintech, or high-growth environments (nice-to-have)
- Experience with AI-native finance tools such as AI agents, finance copilots, or ML-based planning (nice-to-have)
- Track record of building or scaling a finance function in a fast-moving company (nice-to-have)
