Job Description

Senior Graphic Designer & Brand Manager at Landmark Ventures supporting Fortune 500 client events. Responsible for design, project management, and brand stewardship across creative deliverables.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a primary hands-on creative contributor across assigned accounts, producing polished, on-brand deliverables with a high level of precision and cohesion
  • Design and refine client-facing PowerPoint presentations with intermediate to advanced proficiency
  • Support design needs using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Canva at an intermediate level
  • Apply a strong eye for design across typography, color, layout, and visual systems
  • Conduct thorough quality control and review of creative work to ensure accuracy and brand consistency
  • Own creative project management from kickoff through final delivery, ensuring timelines and approvals are met
  • Coordinate closely with internal teams for smooth handoffs and efficient workflows
  • Manage prioritization and resourcing across multiple projects
  • Develop and maintain deep familiarity with each client’s brand architecture and messaging priorities
  • Proactively identify brand risks and recommend solutions that protect brand integrity
  • Maintain and organize global creative assets, ensuring rigorous version control

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience
  • 4-7+ years of experience in a design-forward creative project management or brand management role
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, with strong presentation design and visual storytelling skills
  • Intermediate proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Figma, and Canva
  • Strong design judgment with a refined eye for typography, color, layout, and visual balance
  • Exceptional attention to detail and demonstrated cohesion proficiency across multiple deliverables and programs
  • Client-service mindset with comfort interfacing directly with external stakeholders
  • Clear, confident written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite; experience with project management or asset management tools is a plus
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
