Job Description
Senior Implementation Consultant remotely deploying agribusiness solutions while ensuring high-quality client service. Engage in continuous improvement strategies for client management and software usage.
Responsibilities:
- Deploy solutions, providing qualified and personalized service to new and existing clients, ensuring a differentiated experience.
- Present solutions aligned with client needs, following market best practices and quality standards to ensure effective results.
- Propose continuous improvements based on market demands and quality requirements, aiming to meet established goals.
- Stay up to date on products, services, and best practices, understanding the solution’s value to provide effective guidance and add value to clients’ management.
- Clearly understand how the solution delivers value and promote good management practices so clients achieve greater efficiency and better results.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer service, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Analytical skills combined with creativity for problem solving.
- Self-motivated, persuasive, and results-oriented personality.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Strong organizational skills and effective time management.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in deliverables.
- Availability to work on-site in Pato Branco.
