Job Description

Senior Project Manager leading complex projects from initiation to delivery at TJX’s Global POS team. Collaborating cross-functionally to drive efficiencies and manage stakeholder expectations.

Responsibilities:

  • The Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading complex, high-visibility projects from initiation through execution and delivery within the POS and Payments team.
  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams, executives, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Drive process improvement, mentoring project team members, and advancing project management maturity across the organization.
  • Collaborate closely across delivery, product, and engineering functions.
  • Create and manage risk and issue log, identify and mitigate project risks early.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of project management experience
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability at building strong relations with all levels in the organization
  • Proven success working in a highly collaborative, matrix environment
  • Adaptable and Agile for shifting priorities
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Certified SAFe® Lean Portfolio Manager
  • Basic knowledge of SPI, PCI, PII and Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) requirements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Visio, PowerPoint, Jira, Confluence and presentation tools
  • Experience with Oracle Retail Xstore POS and payment integrations (e.g. Verifone, Adyen, WorldPay, etc) a bonus
  • Understanding of retail operations, in-store technologies, and omnichannel commerce a bonus.
