Job Description
Sr. Key Account Manager managing eCommerce strategy and customer relationships at The Coca-Cola Company. Leading growth initiatives and cross-functional collaboration for the digital shelf.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, development, and execution of growth strategies across eCommerce customers, leveraging digital levers including search, content, assortment, pricing, promotions, and retail media
- Develop and manage integrated promotional and media calendars, aligning investments to key moments to maximize visibility, conversion, and ROI
- Act as a strategic partner to Sales and Marketing to optimize investment across trade and retail media, ensuring efficient deployment of spend (with agency support) to drive profitable growth
- Own P&L performance for assigned accounts, including forecasting, budget management, and delivery against revenue, share, and profitability targets
- Analyze account performance using retailer platforms (e.g., Amazon Vendor/Seller Central, Walmart Luminate) and syndicated/third-party data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks
- Monitor competitive activity, search trends, and category dynamics to inform strategy and provide actionable recommendations to leadership
- Foster and grow relationships across the Bottler System. Communicate in a timely and accurate manner, all trade plans to bottler and BODYARMOR sales and marketing personnel
- Present eCommerce performance, digital shelf metrics, and growth opportunities to internal leadership and bottler partners
- Lead end-to-end digital shelf execution across assigned customers, including ownership of content strategy, asset development, and ongoing optimization
- Oversee alignment between digital shelf priorities and bottler/customer execution to ensure consistency across the omni-channel ecosystem
- Partner cross-functionally with Brand, Content, Media, Supply Chain, and Insights teams to deliver a cohesive and high-performing eCommerce strategy
- Lead cross-functional routines focused on digital shelf excellence, identifying gaps in content, availability, search performance, and conversion, and driving action plans to close them
- Serve as the central point of contact for customer and digital shelf initiatives, ensuring alignment across commercial, marketing, and innovation plans
- Influence and align stakeholders on key initiatives including product launches, content updates, and media activations to ensure flawless execution online
- Deliver clear, data-driven updates on customer performance, digital shelf health, and key initiatives to senior leadership
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience required
- 6+ Years experience within any of the following scopes - retail eCommerce, Ecommerce Project Management, or Ecommerce Creative Asset Project Management required
- Amazon experience preferred
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and business recommendations
- Highly organized with strong project management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, and stakeholders across a complex, fast-paced environment
- Experience overseeing digital shelf content, including asset creation, optimization, and syndication across platforms preferred
- Must have excellent computer skills, proficient in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel; experience with eCommerce or digital shelf tools (e.g., Salsify, Syndigo, Profitero, Stackline) a plus
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence both internal and external stakeholders
- Self-starter with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to executional excellence
- Strong leadership and track record in Business Development
- 15% travel required by car and plane
