Job Description
Analista de E-commerce Jr. na PRINCIPIA, prospectando e ativando afiliados do Mercado Livre e TikTok. Monitoramento de métricas, campanhas, comissões e conteúdo da marca.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and reach out to TikTok content creators and influencers whose profiles align with the brand to join the affiliate program
- Search for affiliate profiles through the affiliate center, Kalodata, Instagram, and other tools
- Onboard new partners
- Provide guidance on sales best practices
- Provide product samples and briefs
- Keep the affiliate base engaged
- Communicate with affiliates via WhatsApp and other tools
- Monitor affiliate sales, conversion rates, sample ROI, and revenue generated through TikTok
- Optimize commissions and promotional activities
- Monitor whether affiliates are creating content in accordance with PRINCIPIA guidelines
- Ensure products, trackable links, and exclusive coupons are correctly registered on the platform
- Align campaigns with inventory levels and business targets
- Ensure affiliates continue promoting the PRINCIPIA brand
Requirements:
- Preferred education: Currently pursuing or holding a degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Public Relations, Sales, E-commerce Management, or a related field
- Comfortable reaching out to creators, negotiating partnerships, and building long-term relationships
- Goal-oriented, with a focus on meeting acquisition and revenue-generation targets and actively identifying opportunities
- Ability to read performance metrics and interpret data to focus efforts on the highest-return creators
- Adaptable and able to keep up with the constant changes in TikTok trends, algorithms, and features
- Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
- Availability to work in person at events and activations
- Remote position, but candidates must reside in São Paulo
