Job Description
Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager developing and executing lifecycle marketing for two DTC CPG brands. Overseeing email, SMS, loyalty, and subscription strategies for growth.
Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end lifecycle across email, SMS, loyalty, and subscription
- Execute campaigns (copy, segmentation, deployment)
- Build automated flows (welcome, win-back, VIP, abandonment, subscription)
- Manage Shopify front-end and back-end, apps, subscription platform, loyalty tech, and integrations
- Own lifecycle analytics and ensure data accuracy across Klaviyo, Shopify, GA4, TripleWhale
- Design and execute A/B tests across flows, campaigns, creative, offers, timing
- Build internal automations (Zapier, workflows) to eliminate manual work
Requirements:
- 5+ years in lifecycle/retention marketing (DTC or CPG preferred)
- Completed a post-secondary program in a relevant field (e.g., marketing, advertising, web development, computer science) or equivalent work experience
- Expert in Klaviyo, Shopify, subscription/loyalty platforms
- Comfortable with Shopify backend, Zapier, APIs, webhooks, GA4
- Look for opportunities to use automations (i.e. Zapier and workflows) and AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) to work smarter
