Job Description
Senior Manager growing Black Rifle Coffee Company’s Amazon and Walmart marketplaces. Managing execution, analytics, inventory, launches, promotions, and optimization.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day marketplace execution across Amazon and Walmart.com in partnership with the VP of Omnichannel & Marketplaces
- Use Amazon Seller Central, Walmart.com, and Stackline to monitor performance, identify trends, and uncover growth opportunities
- Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly business tracking and reporting, including key marketplace KPIs
- Support and execute Amazon and Walmart.com marketing strategies, promotions, and marketplace growth initiatives
- Monitor inventory health, in-stock levels, demand forecasts, and sell-through in partnership with Supply Chain and cross-functional teams
- Coordinate and execute new item launches, ensuring content, inventory, marketing, and operational readiness
- Manage and optimize Amazon Subscribe & Save, including strategy execution, performance reporting, and recommendations
- Monitor marketplace content, pricing, unauthorized resellers, and online compliance issues, supporting reseller enforcement efforts
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and other teams to drive marketplace performance
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a business related field
- Minimum of 7 years of experience managing Amazon & Walmart.com
- Experience managing additional online marketplaces is a plus
- Ability to work long hours and weekend and night hours as required by events
- Ability to uphold the stress of traveling
- Regular, predictable attendance, including quarter-driven hours as business demands dictate
- Ability to work in a confined area
- Ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time
- Light to moderate lifting required
- Close vision required due to computer work
