Job Description
Senior Manager leading a high-performing Mid-Market Sales team for B2B SaaS company. Driving new logo acquisition and account expansion with strategic leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and develop AE team members
- Collaborate with senior leadership to set and implement sales strategies
- Track and assess team performance through key metrics and KPIs
- Work closely with Account Managers, Customer Success Managers, and Marketing
- Develop and refine processes for AEs to maximize efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in sales with 2+ years of people management experience in a B2B SaaS environment
- Coaching mindset with direct and actionable feedback skills
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets in a B2B SaaS environment
- Strong organizational and strategic thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Salesforce, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other sales tools
- Background in visual collaboration software or related technologies
