Job Description
Sr Manager overseeing quality and training initiatives for kidney care services in a remote role. Designing training frameworks and risk assessment strategies to support clinical operations.
Responsibilities:
- Anticipates downstream risks and opportunities, ensuring systems evolve to meet changing regulatory and business needs
- Contributes to the design and implementation of DCR’s centralized training governance model
- Designs and oversees the centralized risk assessment framework
- Acts as a key consultant and trusted advisor to the Director of Quality Assurance
Requirements:
- Strategic eSystems Ownership: Anticipates downstream risks and opportunities
- Training Governance & Competency Development: Collaborates with Clinical Operations leadership
- Quality Risk Management & Data Integrity: Designs and oversees the centralized risk assessment framework
- Leadership & Cross-Functional Influence: Acts as a key consultant and trusted advisor
