Job Description
Senior Manager overseeing Sportsbook team operations. Managing Analysts and improving processes for enhanced performance.
Responsibilities:
- Help shape how the Sportsbook team operates day-to-day
- Reporting to the Sportsbook Program Director
- Manage a team of Analysts
- Partner with the Director to translate strategic direction into detailed project plans
- Define success metrics for key initiatives
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Analysts
- Build and implement training guides and standardized processes
- Prepare and present operational reports
Requirements:
- Background in operations or program management
- US Online Sportsbook experience preferred
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams
- Proven ability to drive cross-functional alignment
- Strong communication skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- analytical mindset
- Proven ability to translate strategic objectives into operational plans
- Proactive, solutions-oriented, and calm under pressure
