Job Description
Senior Marketing Recruiter Consultant providing recruitment solutions and guiding candidates to career opportunities. Building relationships with clients while ensuring superior service and candidate satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Connect with motivated candidates to learn about their skills
- Match them to job opportunities and develop pathways to help them achieve their career goals
- Oversee quality of delivery and service team for client satisfaction
- Develop and maintain brand awareness and trusted advisor status by sharing recruitment expertise
Requirements:
- 7+ years of proven success in full-cycle recruitment
- Experience in Marketing recruiting for high-growth SaaS or tech organizations
- Experience and comfort partnering with and consulting at all levels of marketing leadership
- Successful in developing inclusive pipelines and diverse talent pools
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree is nice to have
