Job Description
Senior Performance Marketing (SEA/PPC) Manager at MAI Marketing, driving data-driven marketing strategies. Collaborating across platforms to optimize paid media performance and enhancing client accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and advise a dedicated client portfolio
- Develop paid media strategies, conduct market analyses, and perform account audits
- Set up and continuously optimize accounts across platforms
- Oversee platform automation
- Design and enhance tracking setups
- Present proposed measures and concepts to clients
- Conduct in-house training sessions
- Support working students and trainees
- Use the internal AI kit for analysis and reporting
Requirements:
- Several years of professional experience in SEA/PPC, ideally around five years
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising, including Performance Max, Demand Gen, and AI Max for Search
- Experience with Smart Bidding and automated campaigns
- Familiarity with feed and PPC tools such as Google Merchant Center, Channable, or Channelpilot
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Independent, reliable, and results-oriented work style
- Excellent MS Office skills, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Fluent German (C2 level); good English is an advantage
- Experience in paid social (especially Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads) is a plus
- Understanding of tracking and measurement: GA4, Google Merchant Center, Consent Mode, server-side tracking, and first-party data
