Job Description
Join a fast-growing legal tech company as a Product Engineer focused on building AI phone assistant features. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to rapidly develop and ship functionalities for users.
Responsibilities:
- Build product features for Marie, particularly within the user-facing dashboard and workflows
- Develop self-service capabilities that allow customers to manage and configure their AI phone assistants
- Implement new features involving AI and ASR together with an AI Engineer
- Turn product ideas into quick proof-of-concepts and production-ready features
- Work across the stack using Python/Django, cloud infrastructure, and Vue.js
- Maintain strong testing practices including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing
- Optimize out systems in terms of reliability, performance, and cost
- Collaborate closely with Product and AI Engineering to ship features quickly and improve the product experience
Requirements:
- Strong experience building full-stack applications in production
- Strong backend experience with Python and Django
- Experience working with cloud infrastructure (preferably AWS)
- Experience with PostgreSQL or similar relational databases
- Experience with modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue.js, or similar)
- Strong understanding of testing practices (unit, integration, E2E)
- Experience owning product features or systems end-to-end
- Strong product intuition and ability to turn ideas into shipped features
- Comfortable building prototypes and iterating quickly
- Familiarity with AI-powered products, assistants, or automation tools
- Comfortable working in fast-moving, early-stage environments
- You must be located in the CET -2/+2 zone for this role
