Job Description
Lead product management for Kraken's Algorithmic Execution & Strategy Engine. Drive innovation in electronic trading and improve execution algorithms at a leading crypto company.
Responsibilities:
- Own and drive the roadmap for Kraken’s Algorithmic Execution & Strategy Engine
- Design and deliver new execution algorithms
- Build out the strategy construction interface
- Own the API and FIX protocol specification
- Define transaction cost analysis (TCA) and execution quality frameworks
- Establish the agentic integration framework
- Partner with Quant Research and Engineering
- Engage directly with institutional clients
Requirements:
- 5+ years of product management experience
- 2+ years in electronic or algorithmic trading environment
- Deep domain knowledge of execution algorithms: TWAP, VWAP, etc.
- Strong understanding of market microstructure
- Proven track record of shipping high-quality execution/trading infrastructure products
- Experience working with institutional or professional trader segments
