Job Description
Senior Product Manager building Asset Insights, Zeitview’s enterprise platform for aerial infrastructure inspection data. Shaping AI/ML workflows, pipeline architecture, and cross-team product delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Build and ship Zeitview's primary enterprise platform, Asset Insights
- Turn prioritized requirements from vertical product leads into working software
- Partner with engineering leads to shape technical approaches
- Manage cross-stage dependencies across the inspection pipeline: capture, analysis, and delivery
- Deliver complex programs at quality
- Evaluate where generative AI, LLM, or agent-based capabilities should replace or augment platform workflows
- Negotiate scope trade-offs between vertical product managers competing for engineering capacity
- Own the backlog for one or more Asset Insights pipeline stages
- Write epics and user stories for engineering execution
- Work with operations teams running inspections and delivering reports to identify opportunities to eliminate manual steps
- Improve interface contracts between pipeline stages
- Establish or refine measurement frameworks and define success criteria before launch
- Contribute technical judgment to product strategy set by the Head of Product and VPs of Product
- Informally guide team members and coordinate across functions without direct reports
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) in a science, technology, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of professional experience, with 5+ years in product management
- Experience building and shipping enterprise B2B SaaS products
- Experience making architectural and scoping decisions affecting product scalability
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML-powered product capabilities, including generative AI, LLMs, agent-based systems, or comparable
- Ability to evaluate AI feature readiness for production
- Ability to participate in technical design discussions with engineering leads
- Experience shaping system architecture and evaluating build-vs-buy trade-offs
- Experience ensuring viable prototype-to-production paths
- Experience delivering complex, ambiguous programs across multiple teams
- Ability to coordinate through influence, clarity, and follow-through
- Ability to write clear product requirements and specifications
- Quantitative reasoning skills, including measurement frameworks, experiment design, and judgment with incomplete data
- Strongly preferred: experience working with operational or service delivery teams
- Strongly preferred: product management or domain experience in solar, wind, utilities, oil & gas, or commercial properties
- Strongly preferred: experience with geospatial data pipelines, remote sensing, or inspection/asset management platforms
- Strongly preferred: experience designing evaluation frameworks for non-deterministic AI outputs
- Strongly preferred: experience with drone or remote piloted system workflows
- Strongly preferred: experience in mobile application development
- Candidate must already be located in Boston/New England or the San Francisco Bay Area
- Must answer whether visa sponsorship or visa transfer within the USA is currently required
