Job Description

Senior Product Manager responsible for the trading growth strategy of Base App. Collaborating cross-functionally to enhance user acquisition and retention in an onchain ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the Growth Engine: Lead the strategy and execution for acquisition and retention loops, including referral/affiliate programs, win-back flows, and gamification mechanics (e.g., mystery boxes and trading competitions).
  • Optimize Core Trading: Own end-to-end development for trading experiences.
  • Master the Engagement Loop: Co-own high-intent systems like Watchlists and Price Alerts using a sophisticated, ML-driven push notification and CRM strategy.
  • Experiment at Scale: Drive a rigorous data-driven culture by running A/B tests on onboarding funnels, abandonment flows, and notification delivery.
  • Build Growth Infrastructure: Oversee the "Growth Platform," including the ML/policy layer for intelligent notifications.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and Data Science to balance trading primitives with growth optimizations.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of Product Management experience, specifically within consumer-facing fintech, exchange, or onchain trading environments.
  • Proven track record of scaling products via lifecycle marketing, referral loops, and retention mechanics.
  • Deep understanding of market structure, order types, execution quality, and liquidity.
  • Deep experience with data-driven development—defining North Star metrics, navigating attribution complexity, and running high-velocity experiments.
  • The ability to thrive in high-ambiguity environments, making tough trade-offs to ship high-quality products on time.
  • Demonstrated ability to integrate generative AI tools into your daily workflow to increase efficiency and deliver business-ready outputs.

Benefits:

  • Total compensation may also include equity and bonus eligibility and benefits (including medical, dental, vision and 401(k)).
