Job Description
Product Manager at Boatyard focused on transforming the marine industry through innovative SaaS solutions. Managing product initiatives and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive success.
Responsibilities:
- Own product initiatives from discovery through launch and iteration
- Translate customer feedback into actionable product requirements
- Define and prioritize roadmap initiatives across Boatyard Service and Boatyard Sales
- Partner with engineering, design, sales, and customer success to deliver high-impact features
- Conduct customer interviews and market research within the marine industry
- Analyze product performance metrics and drive data-informed decisions
- Improve onboarding, retention, and revenue-driving features
- Help shape long-term product strategy as we scale
Requirements:
- 3–5+ years of SaaS product management experience
- Strong ability to write clear product requirements and user stories
- Experience working cross-functionally with engineering and design
- Data-driven mindset with comfort analyzing usage and revenue metrics
- Experience in SMB-focused SaaS is a plus
- Marketplace, CRM, field service, or inventory systems experience is highly valued
- Marine industry experience is a bonus (not required)
