Job Description
Senior Product Manager at Ruby Labs managing product initiatives from concept to rollout in innovative consumer products. Collaborating across teams to ensure exceptional quality and user experience.
Responsibilities:
- Take full ownership of product hypotheses and initiatives aimed at increasing product value.
- Generate ideas and validate them end-to-end: concept to production rollout.

- Design and enhance product mechanics driving user retention and engagement.
Requirements:
- Dynamic and hands-on leader with extensive experience in D2C Digital Products (preferably subscriptions).
- Proven ability to manage teams and deliver results under pressure.
- Deep understanding of engineering, product, marketing, and growth strategies.
