Job Description
Senior Product Manager leading enterprise B2B platform development at HerculesAI. Driving modular architecture and collaborating with internal teams to deliver innovative AI solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Drive product vision: Collaborate with the Head of Product on defining and communicate the long-term vision and product strategy
- Build for scale and reusability: Champion modular architecture and composable components such as independent and reusable AI agents, workflows, UI components, and data connectors
- Oversee platform services architecture: Lead the development of core platform services including authentication, authorization, data management, workflow orchestration, notification systems, and integration capabilities
- Advocate for the user on the Scrum team: Provide vision, direction, and prioritization to the Agile development team, by managing the backlog, writing effective user stories, leading grooming sessions, planning sprints, conducting retrospectives
- Prioritize ruthlessly: Balance enterprise customer needs, platform stability, and long-term scalability of the framework
- Lead product discovery: Partner with our internal teams across GTM, engineering, data science, design, and customer success to identify key platform needs
- Engage with customers and stakeholders: Gather insights, validate ideas, and understand pain points that translate into actionable requirements
- Collaborate closely with the Design team: Give the context and feedback to iterate on intuitive user experiences
- Measure analytics and ROI: Define and analyze metrics of product success and ROI and gather customer feedback to validate whether features work per the defined metrics
- Ensure compliance and governance: Design with security, privacy, and auditability in mind.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of product management experience, preferably 2+ years on platform development
- Technical depth for platform services and APIs
- Strong understanding of platform architecture including microservices, containerization, API design, authentication systems, and application runtime environments
- Familiarity with tools like Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD platforms, and cloud application services highly valued
- Experience working on enterprise B2B software with a strong understanding of extensibility, APIs, and system design
- Strong history of working across product, engineering, design, and GTM teams to drive alignment
- Product experience in AI/ML, agent frameworks, or automation platforms
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Prior startup or scale-up experience preferred.
