Job Description
Senior Product Manager shaping corporate wellness SaaS products at WellRight. Owning discovery, roadmap, analytics, reporting, launches, and customer-focused experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Shape and execute the product strategy and roadmap aligned with company vision and business objectives
- Drive product discovery through market research, user interviews, and competitive analysis
- Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation and development through launch and post-launch optimization
- Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success on product development and go-to-market strategies
- Prioritize features and enhancements based on customer needs, business impact, and technical feasibility
- Break solutions into detailed requirements and acceptance criteria for agile team discussion and estimation
- Establish and track KPIs to measure product success and inform improvements
- Advocate for user-centered design and exceptional user experiences
- Create product briefs, presentations, training materials, and documentation using strong writing and storytelling
Requirements:
- 5+ years of product management experience
- Strong focus on B2B or B2BC SaaS products
- Experience owning data-heavy features such as analytics, reporting, dashboards, AI, or complex business logic
- Ability to break down complex or ambiguous problems into structured, executable solutions and plans
- Analytical mindset and ability to leverage data to drive decisions and measure success
- Expertise in product discovery, including market research, user interviews, and competitive analysis
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across diverse teams and organizational levels
