Job Description

Senior Product Manager leading product strategy and team execution across Medlive's digital platforms. Focusing on customer insights, UX, and cross-functional leadership for competitive product development.

Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to Medlive’s product strategy and roadmap under the guidance of the SVP and CTO in alignment with company, stakeholder, and end-user priorities.
  • Partner with the SVP of Marketing and CTO to ensure short-term initiatives and long-term strategy remain aligned, proactively re-prioritizing when necessary.
  • Maintain and communicate clear roadmap visualizations and forward-looking priorities for leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Own high-level epic and feature definitions, partnering with the scrum master/delivery leads on ticket breakdowns.
  • May write key stories for complex features.
  • Lead and mentor a product team, providing day-to-day guidance, ongoing performance feedback, and formal performance reviews.
  • Establish and reinforce product management best practices, clarity of ownership, and accountability across the team.
  • Partner with UX leads to implement UX vision and experience of the Medlive platforms, ensuring products are intuitive, accessible, and user-centered.
  • Own the communication strategy and training for product releases, ensuring timely, clear updates for internal teams and key stakeholders.
  • Communicate prioritization decisions clearly, grounded in strategy, user value, and business impact.

Requirements:

  • 7 + years of experience in product management.
  • Experience managing a small team.
  • Proven experience contributing to product strategy and owning roadmaps and UX direction for digital platforms.
  • Strong understanding of agile product development.
  • Experience conducting or leveraging market research, competitive analysis, and user insights.
  • Background in healthcare, medical education, healthtech, or regulated industries preferred.
