- Shape solutions with design and engineering around user and business value
- Lead designers within the Tribe through prototyping, user testing, and UX quality
- Review flows, experiments, metrics, and shipped output during execution
- Resolve ambiguity quickly and help the team converge faster
- Coach the team on problem framing, decision quality, and high-value work
- Define OKRs, KPIs, leading indicators, and kill criteria for initiatives
- Measure impact after launch and decide whether to iterate, scale, or roll back
- Participate in roadmap reviews and communicate priorities, tradeoffs, and risks
- Explain direction and decisions simply to keep stakeholders aligned
- Use AI tools extensively for research, synthesis, analysis, drafting, exploration, and prototyping
- Help build and launch Toggl Focus, combining time tracking, planning, capacity management, reporting, and insight
Requirements:

- Experience owning product decisions end to end, potentially as a PM, founder, or in another product-owning role
- Extremely high bar for product quality and strong product development craft
- Strong product judgment and ability to make grounded tradeoffs independently
- Problem-first approach focused on user needs and business impact
- Ability to define and own outcomes using KPIs, experiments, data interpretation, and results-based decisions

- Ability to learn a new domain quickly
- Strong understanding of product-led growth principles, including balancing self-serve adoption with sales-assisted motions
- Hands-on proficiency with AI tools for research, analysis, drafting, and prototyping; AI fluency is required
- Self-directed working style and ability to ask for help when needed
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Values transparency, ownership, and speed over perfection
- Nice to have: experience leading designers, user research, prototyping, and usability testing
- Main working location must be between UTC-4 and UTC+4:00
Benefits:
- Freedom to choose when and how much you work—we only measure results
- 24 days of paid time off a year, plus your local holidays
