Job Description
Product Marketing Manager developing narratives and tools to support sales at HiveMQ, an Industrial AI Platform. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance B2B marketing efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Develop consistent, compelling narratives across the buyer journey
- Partner with the CRO and sales leadership to understand pipeline challenges, create tools, and enable the GTM to accelerate deals.
- Translate HiveMQ's platform capabilities into language that resonates with both technical and business buyers.
- Collaborate with the broader PMM team on go-to-market launches, contributing the sales-side assets, internal readiness materials, and external messaging that bring new capabilities to market.
- Write content that moves the needle - blog posts, solution briefs, customer-facing presentations, simple demos, and campaign assets.
- Build a trusted, durable relationship with sales leadership and field teams. Be the PMM they call - responsive, practical, and fluent in how they sell.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in B2B product marketing, with meaningful time spent working directly alongside a sales team
- A track record of creating sales tools that get used, not just delivered.
- Familiarity with sales methodologies; experience with Command of the Message or similar frameworks is a strong plus
- The ability to simplify complex technical concepts into clear, buyer-centric language without losing the substance
- Strong writing skills; you produce compelling content yourself and have examples to prove it
- Experience with persona development, value proposition design, and messaging frameworks
- Self-motivated and execution-oriented; you can take a project from strategy to final asset with minimal hand-holding
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where priorities evolve and speed matters
