Job Description
Senior Product Operations Manager focused on improving product operations and delivery at Consensys. Collaborating across teams to ensure high-quality product launches and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Champion a scalable product development process to increase velocity, transparency and quality across teams.
- Partner closely with Product Managers to remove friction from the product development process, ensuring the smooth launch of critical initiatives.
- Develop systems that improve cross-functional communication and alignment between Product, Design, Engineering, QA, Marketing and Release teams, ensuring strong execution at every release.
- Own and continuously improve the product delivery tech stack to improve async communication, visibility, and execution in a fast-paced environment.
- Build systems to translate business and customer insights into actionable product decisions, informing product strategy and prioritization.
- Apply an AI-first mindset to automate reporting, workflows, and operational tasks, reducing manual overhead and increasing leverage.
- Contribute to raising overall product team maturity, quality standards, and execution discipline across teams.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in product operations, product management, or a related role in a tech-driven, scaling organization
- Obsession for improving processes, tools, and operational efficiency in product organizations.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in an ambiguous and changing environment.
- Expert communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in data analysis, extracting meaningful insights, and utilizing them to drive product enhancements.
- Proactive mindset, with a strong sense of ownership and an eye for continuous improvement
- Experience working with global teams and managing projects across multiple time zones.
- Strong hands-on experience on the Atlassian stack (Jira, Confluence)
- Solid understanding of software development processes (Agile, Scrum, etc.)
