Job Description
Product Owner Sênior gerindo produtos digitais na EVT, empresa brasileira de soluções corporativas de TI. Priorizando backlog, alinhando stakeholders e tecnologia, e maximizando o valor entregue.
Responsibilities:
- Define and organize the backlog according to business value and user needs
- Translate requests into clear requirements for the development team
- Align stakeholders and the technical team
- Make decisions about priorities and scope
- Track metrics and feedback to maximize the product's delivered value
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Senior Product Owner in digital products
- Experience managing, defining, and prioritizing the backlog, considering business value and user needs
- Strong ability to elicit and translate business requirements for the development team
- Experience managing stakeholders and aligning business, Product, and Technology areas
- Hands-on experience with agile methodologies, especially Scrum
- Experience monitoring metrics, outcomes, and user feedback
- Collaborative team player
- Good communication skills and proactivity
- Sense of urgency and prioritization
