Job Description

Senior Product Pricing Analyst for Workday, defining pricing strategies and nurturing cross-functional relationships. Collaborating with various teams to elevate pricing integrity and success across markets.

Responsibilities:

  • Play a key role in shaping Workday's monetization strategy.
  • Act as the designated Pricing Lead for 1-2 of Workday’s product lines.
  • Define and implement pricing and packaging strategies related to new product and service offerings.
  • Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis of deal data, customer usage data, customer and sales feedback and translate into solutions or improvement opportunities.
  • Find opportunities for new pricing, packaging and bundling strategies that will contribute to our strategic goals.
  • Nurture close relationships with, and gain trust of partners across product, sales, finance and other organizations.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of relevant industry or consulting experience in pricing, either in SaaS, IaaS, or PaaS.
  • 2+ years of experience in GTM strategy or product management for a SaaS, IaaS, or PaaS organization.
  • BSc with top class academics, MBA is a plus.
  • Experience at a top-tier strategy consulting firm or leading IaaS or PaaS company.
  • High level of proficiency in data analysis and solid understanding of statistical methods.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, particularly in developing clear and compelling slides for senior audiences.
  • Ability to run multiple projects & priorities, seamlessly moving between strategy & execution.
  • Tight-knit collaboration and teamwork skills, with experience inspiring change across a global & matrixed organization.
