Job Description
Analyst Commercial Analytics at meistro focusing on portfolio and market analysis for energy sectors. Collaborating on decision-making support and risk assessment in energy trading.
Responsibilities:
- Support in analyzing portfolio, market and P&L drivers.
- Develop forecasts for prices, load and generation.
- Translate commercial questions into data and model requirements.
- Create what-if and scenario analyses to support decision-making.
- Provide data-driven support for hedging and position decisions.
Requirements:
- Strong proficiency in Python — a core skill for this role.
- Good knowledge of SQL for data access and validation.
- Some experience with time series, forecasting, or quantitative methods.
- Basic understanding of power and gas markets (spot & forward).
- Analytical and commercial mindset, with an understanding of P&L.
